Project Supervisor
Role and responsibilities:

1. Location: Asheville, NC
2. Location: Raleigh, NC

Responsibility for all day to day on-site construction activities
-
Daily collaboration with management team, design team and trade partners. Good communication skills are required for good teamwork.

Managing, mentoring and motivating all trade partners to ensure the project goals are realized with emphasis on quality, timeliness and cost.

Situational and material readiness for trade partners to perform their work efficiently.

Communicate the quality standards expected of the sub-contractors throughout project duration specifically including a pre-construction conference and daily quality control standards to ensure the quality of construction is consistent with the Owner’s and Architect’s expectations for the project.

Maintain onsite drawings and documentation. Ensure that the trade partners are all using the correct drawings.

Scheduling of daily and weekly activities while also documenting all progress made.

Focusing on client relationship building, they place high value in exceeding expectations with superior workmanship and commitment to be the best.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 3 years in the construction industry is preferred

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, project manuals and other documentation

Ability to motivate team and subcontractors, to lead by example and to help our trade partners do their best work

Capable of using a smart phone and laptop for online project management tasks

Ability to drive a skid steer, pull and back a trailer.

Valid drivers license

Management skills: organization skills, proactive planner

Capable and willing to help with physical tasks when needed

Salary - $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Plumbing Field Manager
Role Description
The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations on construction sites for NC, SC & GA. This includes managing and scheduling field teams, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, reviewing project plans, managing subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications

2+ years experience in commercial construction and project managing

Experience in Multi-family and Construction Management

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures

Experience in managing and coordinating field teams

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred

MUST be able to pass background, drug test and driving record check

Salary - $80,000 - $110,000
